UNAPPROVED MINUTES OF DECEMBER 14, 1988 COUNCIL MEETING
The council met in regular session with Mayor Pederson presiding and all
council members present.
The minutes of the regular November 15, 1988 council meeting were read
and approved.
The budget for fiscal 1989-90 was discussed.
Past due water bills were discussed.
Next regular council meeting January 4, 1989 in the Community Center at
7:00 p.m.
Motion by Hillman second by Pederson to pay the following bills and all bills
due prior to the next regular council meeting. M.C.
GENERAL FD: Consolidated Coop. Inc. LP gas, 54.60; fowa Electric, service, 63.41;
IRS, penalty and interest, 34.05; IRS, penalty for 1987, 26.15; IRS, penalty
for 1988, 9.39; IRS, FICA and penalty for 1988 599-23; Schall Oil Co.,LP gas,
37.71; Johnson and Sons, ins. ,358.92: Copeland Ins. Agency Inc., bond, 50.00;
George Brabbs, wages, 93.23.
ROAD USE TAX FD: Iowa Electric, service, 148.03; Krebs Enterprises, service,
552.50:
WATER FD: Iowa Electric. service, 50.55; Dan Action, wages,, mileage, supplies,
postage, 166.95; Globe Free Press, proceedings, 41.35; George Brabbs, wages ,
93.23; Johnson and Sons, Inc.,ins.,86.28.
Motion by Hillman second by Border to adjourn. M.C.
