UNAPPROVED MINUTES OF THE MARCH 29, 1989 COUNCIL MEETING
The council met in regular session with Mayor Pederson presiding
and all council members present.
Motion by Hillman second 4y Border to accept the resignation of
Linda pearce as a member of the Dana Council. M.C.
Motion by Hurley second by Hillman to appoint Lyle Hadley to fill
the unexpired seat on the council. M.C.
Insurance rates and past due water bills were discussed.
Motion by Border second by Pederson to pay the following bills and
all bills due prior to the next regular council meeting. M.C.
GENERAL FUND: Linda pearce, council comp.,35.48; Iowa . Electric, service, 57.42;
George Brabbs, wages, 52.83;IRS, pentalty and interest, 1988, 17.40; Consolidated
Coop. ,Inc.,180.65;Johnson and Sons, ins.,234.15;
ROAD USE TAX FUND: Ia. Electric, service, 146.19; Rueter and Zenor Co., repairs, 4.96;
Iowa Electric Service, sevice, 144.38;
WATER FUND: Linda Pearce, council comp.,17.74; Daniel Acton, wages, 97.24, mileage,
37.80, postage, 2.59;George Brabbs, wages, 52.83; Iowa Electric, service, 81.65;
Brown Supply Co. Inc.,36.85;Johnson and Sons, Inc.,ins.,75.05; Iowa Electric,
service, 67.38.
Next regular council meeting April 12, 1989 at 8:00 p.m. in the
Community Center.
Motion by Border second by Pederson to adjourn. M.C.
