UNAPPROVED MINUTES OF THE JULY 26, 1989 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING
The council met in regular session with Mayor Pedersen presiding and
all council members present.
The minutes of the June 21, 1989 council meeting were read and approved:
Motion by Hadley second by Border to approve Resolution 89-1, a Resolution
approving the Road Use Tax repot for fiscal 1988-89. Ayes: Border, Pederson,
Hadley, Hurley, Hillman. Nayes: None. M.C.
Motion by Pederdon second by Hillman to pay the following bills and
all bills due prior to the next regular council meeting. M.C.
General Fd.,Ipers, 22.00; Iowa Electric ,electric, 37.36; George Brabbs,
wages, 62.15; Idea Press, supp.,5.00; FICA, 34.96; General Telephone CO.,
serv.,22.70; Dan Howe & Son, mower repairs, 301.42;General Telephone CO.,
serv. ,46.60;League of Iowa Municipalities, dues, 108.00: Iowa Electric
serv.,48.81; Richard Hurley, mowing, 70.00; Grand Junction Library,
