UNAPPROVED MINUTES OF THE SEPTEMBER 27, 1989 COUNCIL MEETING
The council met in regular session with Mayor Pedersen presiding and
all council members present.
The minutes of the August 23, 1989 council meeting were read and
approved.
Extending the water main to the Donnie Paulson property was discussed.
Past due water bills was discussed.
Motion by Border second by Hillman to approve a Sunday Sales permit for
the Dirty Shame Saloone. M.C.
Motion by Border second by Pedersen to approve the 1988-89 annual report. M.C.
Motion by Hurley second by Hillman to send the City Clerk to the Municipal
Iowa Officers Finance Meeting. M.C.
Motion by Border second by Hillman to pay the following bills and all bills
due prior to the next regular council meeting. M.C.
WATER FD. George Brabbs, wages, 76.13; Dan Acton, wages, 68.37, postage, 1.10,
mileage, 25.20; Iowa Electric, serv.,64.27; IPERS, 60.36; Peoples Trust and
savings Bank, FICA, 92.18.
