UNAPPROVED MINUTES OF THE NOVEMBER 15, 1989 COUNCIL MEETING
The council met in regular session with Mayor Pedersen presiding and all
council members present.
The minutes of the October 24, 1989 council meeting were read and approved.
Past due water bills were discussed.
Motion by Border second by Hillman to pay the following bills and all bills
due prior to the next regular council meeting. M.C.
