UNAPPROVED MINUTES OF THE DECEMBER 20, 1989 COUNCIL MEETING
The council met in regular session with Mayor Pro tem Hurley
presiding and council members present, Hurley, Hillman, Pedersen, Border.
Absent, Hadley and Mayor Pedersen.
The minutes of the November regular council meeting were read and
approved.
Kevin Cooklin was present.
Insurance inspection report was discussed.
Past due waite bills were discussed.
The budget for 1990-91 was discussed.
Motion by Border second by Hillman to pay the following bills and all
bills due prior to the next regular council meeting. M.C.
GENERAL FUND: George Brabbs, wages, 65.26Schaal Oil Co.,fuel, 65.90;
Consolidated Coop.,fuel, 84.00.
water fund; George Brabbs, wages, 65.26; Dan Acton, mileage, postage, wages,
65.15.
RECEIPTS FUNDS
ROAD USE TAX FUND; 406.77.
GENERAL FUND; 1827.90.
WATER FUND; 763.31.
Next regular council meeting January 3, 1990.
Motion by Border second by Pedersen to adjourn. M.C.
Oath of Office was taken by Jack Hurley, Victor Border, Virgil Pederson,
Ivan Hillman on December 20, 1989.
Oath of Office was taken by Lyle Hadley on On December 26, 1989.
Oath of Office was taken by Jack Pedersen on December 30, 1989.
