UNAPPROVED MINUTES OF THE JANUARY 5, 1990 REGULAR COUNCIL, MEETING
The council met in regular session with Mayor Pedersen presiding and all
council members present.
The minutes of the December 20, 1989 meeting were read and approved.
Past due water bills were discussed.
Motion by Hillman second by Border to adopt Resolution 90-1A Resolution
authorizating the City Treasurer to transfer $6000.00 from the general fund
to the water fund of the City of Dana, Iowa. Ayes: Hadley, Border, Hurley,
Hillman, Pedersen. Nayes: None. M.C.
Motion by Border second by Pedersen to pay the following bills and all bills
due prior to the next regular council meeting. M.C.
GENERAL FD: Iowa Electric, serv.,50.75; Pedersen Electric, batteries, 9.95;
Greene Co. Auditor, Boone Co. Landfill, 550.00; Idea Press, supp.,7.77; George
Brabbs, wages, 62.06; Con. Coop.,fuel, 143.10; Idea Press, supp.,5.53; Schaal
Oil Co., repairs, 23.40.
ROAD USE TAX FD: Iowa Electric, serv.,132.63.
WATER FD: Iowa Electric, 71.29; George Brabbs, wages, 62.05.
RECEIPTS FDS.
GENERAL FD: 21.00., WATER FD: 327.79.
Next regular council meeting February 21, 1990 at 7:00 p.m.
