UNAPPROVED MINUTES OF THE APRIL 17, 1991 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING
The council met in regular session with Mayor Pedersen presiding
and all councilmembers present.
The minutes of the March 15, 1991 council meeting were read and approved.
The following was discussed: sealcoating, street signs, steeple on the
Community Center, past due water bills, DNR inorganic contaminants testing,
HBV infection control, Boone County Landfill, Bingo.
Motion by Hurley second by Border to pay the following bills and all
bills due prior to the next regular council meeting. Motion carried.
GENERAL FUND: Internal Revenue, FICA, 78.18; George Brabbs, wages, 62.06;
Consolidated Coop., fuel, 122,54; George Brabbs, ipers, refund, 8.55; Iowa
Electric, 55.65; General Telephone Co.,service, 69.86; Iowa Rural Water
Assn.,school, 13.00.
ROAD USE TAX FUND: Iowa Electric, service, 159.25.
Water Revenue Fund: Dan Acton, mileage, postage, wages, 130.67; George
Brabbs, wages, 62.05; The Globe Free Press, publishing water testing;
Iowa Electric, service, 59.19; Iowa Dept. of Revenue and Finance, sales
tax, 66.12;Hygienic Lab.,testing, 395.00.
BINGO ACCONUT FUND: Dana Community Center, donation, 440.74; Dana Fire
Dept., donation, 653.60.
RECEIPTS FUNDS: General Fund, 8706.97; Road Use Tax Fund, 1003.54;
Water REvenue Fund, 930.79; Bingo Account Fund, 1094.34.
Next regular council meeting May 15, 1991 at 7:00 p.m. at the
Community Center.
Motion by Hillman second by Hurley to adjourn. Motion Carried.
