UNAPPROVED MINUTES OF THE DECEMBER 23, 1991 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
The council met in special session with Mayor Pedersen presiding
and council-members Hurley, Hillman, Pedersen present. Absent,Border,
Hadley.
Harold Herron talked to the council concerning bingo.
There were no written objections received or oral objection heard
against the proposed 1992-93 budget.
Motion by Pedersen second by Hillman to approve the Fiscal 1992-93
budget. Motion Carried.
Motion by Hurley second by Hillman to pay partime help $5.00 per
hour, excluding the City Clerk/Treasurer. Motion Carried.
Motion by Hurley second by Pedersen to appoint Robert Schwarzkopt as
Dana City Attorney. Motion Carried.
Motion by Hillman second by Hurley to adjourn. Motion Carried.
