Moved by Councilman Martin Seconded by Councilman McGregor That we approve the action of Mayor & Clerk in paying the Bill of [Bill of] Church & Mr. [Bully?] for looking over & correcting the Light franchise. Motion Carried
At the last Meeting Mayor reappointed [?] Wm Magers as Street Commissioner, & G. F. Hollingshead as Marshall [?]
