Councilmen answered present to Roll Call as follows R. G. Martin, F. M. Ferguson, A. D. McGregor & Melvin Collins & [G. D. Johnson - struck through]

Minutes of last meeting read & approved

Bill of G. F. Hollingshead for feeding Tramps 70c

Wm. Magers Shoveling Snow [?] 9.00
Brunton Wm. Cecil Coal [?] 1.40
Moved by Councilman Martin Seconded by Councilman Collins that Bills be allowed. Motion Carried and Warrants issued for same
Salaries of Mayor Councilmen & Clerk were allowed and Warrants drawn for same
Moved by Councilman Martin Seconded by McGregor that we pay the Clerk 10.00 for Services for the past 6 Months
