Unapproved minutes of Feb 21, 1990 regular council meeting.
The Council met in regular session with Mayor Pro-Tem Hurley presiding and council members Hurley, Border, Hadley present. Absent mayor Pedersen and Council members Pedersen + Hillman.
Past due water bills were discussed.
Motion by Border seconded by Hadley to hold a public hearing on the 1990-1991 proposed budget Feb. 27, 1990 at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Center.
Motion by Hurley seconed by Border to pay the following bills and all bills due prior to the next regular council meeting. M.C.
