Unapproved minutes of Feb 27, 1990 Special Council Meeting.
The Council met in special session with Mayor-protem Hurley presiding and Council members, Hadley, Hurley, Border present absent Mayor Pedersen + Councilmembers Hillman, + Pedersen.
A Public Hearing was held on the purposed [sic] 1990-91 budget. No written objections received or oral objections against accepting the purposed [sic] 1990-91 budget.
Motion by Border second by Hadley to accept the proposed 1990-91 budget M.C.
Past due water bills were discussed.
Next regular council meeting March 28, 1990 at 7:00 p.m.
Motion by Hurley second by Hadley to adjourn M.C.
