Unapproved minutes of March 28, 1990 Council Meeting.
The Council met in regular session with Mayor Pedersen presiding and all Council members present.
The minutes of the Feb 21 + Feb 27, 1990 Council meetings were read and approved.
Past due water bills were discussed.
Motion by Border + second by Hillman to pay the following bills and all bills due prior to the next regular Council Meeting. M.C.
