UNAPPROVED MINUTES OF THE SEPTEMBER 15, 1993 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING
The Council met in regular session with Mayor Pedersen presiding and all Council Members present.
Motion by Hillman second by Hadley to approve the annual report. Motion carried.
The City Park was discussed
JUnk and Junk vehicles were discussed
Past due water bills were discussed
Motion by Hurley second by Hillman to pay the following bills and all bills due prior to the next regular council meeting. Motion carried.
GENERAL FUND: The Globe Free Press, supplies, 10.32; Peoples Trust and Savings Bank, FICA & medicare, 104.06; George Brabbs, wages & mileage, 166.85; Idea Press, supplies, 8.15; Copeland Insurance Agency Inc., supplies & rent, 17.00; Tri County Lbr. Mart, material, 13.39; Ivan Hillman, repairs, 17.85; GTE, service, 51.55; Dana Postmaster, postage, 11.25; Genesis Development, recycling, 19.79
ROAD USE TAX FUND: Sieg Co. ,repairs, 9.10; Iowa Electric, service, 165.11; Nick Hillman, wages, 78.49.
WATER REVENUE FUND: Iowa Electric, service, 194.31; George Brabbs, wages, 150.04; Brown supply Co., Inc. water meters & readouts, 357.21; Utility Equipment Co.,guage, 37.81;MHF Eng. P.C., preparition of water system map; Dana Postmaster, postage, 58.00; Feed Rite Controls, Inc., hypochorite solution,, 84.50;Hach Co.,chlorine, 27.10; Dan Acton, wages, mileage, telephone call, postage, 304.78.
