UNAPPROVED MINUTES OF THE JULY 20, 1994 REGULAR DANA COUNCIL MEETING
The council met in regular session with Mayor Pedersen presiding and council members delp, Pedersen, Hillman, Hurlet, Present. Absent Paulson. Hillman left the meeting at 8:10 p.m.
The minutes of the June 29, 1994 regular council meeting were read and approved.
Motion by Pedersen second by Delp to approve Resolution 94-2. A Resolution approving the Clerk's 1993/94 Road Use Tax report. Ayes: Delp, Pedersen, Hurley. Absent, Paulson, Hillman. Motion Carried.
Motion by Hurley second by Delp to approve Resolulation 94-3. A Resolution approving the apporiations for fiscal 1994/95. Ayes: Hurley, P3dersen, Delp. Absent: Paulson, Hillman. Motion Carried.
Water meters and Water rates were discussed.
Cindy Delp, Ivan Hillman, Virgil Pedersen plan to attend a Government Sharing meeting August 3, 1994 in the Jefferson City Hall.
Motion by Pedersen second by Hurley to pay the following bills and all bills due prior to the next regular council meeting. Motion Carried.
