Regular meeting with all members present. The council approved Resolution 94-4 setting Dana water rates, with a hearing set for September 21, 1994, and adopted Ordinance 46 amending Section 92.04 of the 1993 Municipal Code to allow discontinuing water service to delinquent customers (readings waived). Bills include $954.00 to Cunningham Roofing, $2,786.78 to Esdohr Construction for sealcoating, Wilcox Law Firm legal services, and the bingo license. The clerk was to call One Call about placing the new traffic signs, and the Francis and Deborah Zimmerle property was discussed. Minutes of the regular Dana Council Meeting
August 17, 1994 in the Dana Community Ctr.
The council met inregular session with Mayor Pedersen presiding and all council members present. The munites of the July 20, 1994 meeting were read and approved.
Motion by Paulson second by Hurley to approve Resolution 94-4. A Resolution setting the Dana water rates and set a hearing date of September 21, 1994 on the Resolution. Ayes: Paulson, Delp, Pedersen, Hurley, Hillman. Naynes: none. Motion Carried.
Council member Hurley introduced and caused to be read Oridance 46. An Ordinance admending the Dana Municipal Code of 1993 by Admendind Section 92. 04 to provide for discontinuance of water service to delinquent water customers.Motion by Hurley second by Hillman to wavie the three (3) readings of the Ordinance 46. Upon roll call the following voted aye: Hillman, Pedersen, Hurley, Delp, Paulson. Nayes: none. Motion Carried.
There upon council member Delp moved Ordinance 46 adopted, second by Pedersen, upon roll call the following voted aye: Delp, Paulson, Hurley, Pedersen, Hillman. There upon Mayor Pedersen declared Ordinance 46 be Adopted.
Motion by Hillman second by Pedersen to pay the following bills and all bills due prior to the next regular council meeting. Motion carried.

The clerk was instructed to call One Call concerning placement of the new traffic signs.
