MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING AUGUST 24, 1994 IN THE COMMUNITY CTR.
The council met in special session with Mayor Pedersen presiding and Council members present: Pedersen, Hillman, Hurley. Absent: Paulson, Delp.
Motion by Hillman second by Pedersen to purchase property for $700.00 rhe South sisty-six (S-66') of Lot six (6) in the Southwesr Quarter SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section four (4), Township Eighty-four (84) North, Range Twenty-nine (29( West of the 5th P.M., in Greene County. Money payable when all necessary documents are recorded. Motion Carried.
Past due water bill was discussed. The City Clerk was instructed to send shut off notice.
Street Signs were discussed and a date was set for getting the signs installed.
Motion by Hillman second by Hurley to adjourn. Motion carried.
