MINUTES
FEBRUARY 1, 2012
Council met in regular session on February 1, 2012 at 7:00 pm at Dana City Hall,
202 Eckstein, with Mayor Jack Pedersen presiding. Council members present: Ethel
Hurley, Jack Hurley, Jeremiah Pedersen.
Motion Jeremiah, second Jack to approve Agenda. Ayes: all mc. Minutes of
January 4, 2012 meeting were approved as written. Motion Ethel, second Jeremiah to
approve financial reports. Ayés: all mc. Motion Jack, second Jeremiah to approve
current bills and all bills due prior to next regular meeting. Ayes: all mc.
Sheriffs report for December was reviewed. Report from Grand Junction Fire
Department was reviewed.
Janice Gilley resigned effective when a replacement is found.
Motion Jeremiah, second Jack.to adjourn at 7:30 pm. Next regular council
meeting Wednesday, March 7 at 7:00 pm at Dana City Hall, 202 Eckstein.
