MINUTES
JANUARY 4, 2012
Council met in regular session on January 4, 2012 at 7:00 pm at Dana City Hall,
202 Eckstein, with Mayor Jack Pedersen presiding. Council members present: Ethel
Hurley, Jack Hurley, Jeremiah Pedersen.
Mayor Jack Pedersen, Council Ethel Hurley, Jeremiah Pedersen all took the oath
of office.
_ Motion Jack, second Ethel to approve agenda. Ayes: all mc. Minutes of
December 7 meeting were approved as written. Motion Ethel, second Jack to approve
financial reports. Ayes: all mc. Motion Jeremiah, second Jack to approve all current bills
and all bills due prior to next regular meeting. Ayes: all mc.
No sheriffs report. Discussion was held on the shed that was put up for the bus
stop. We will have to move it. Also speed limit on Anyer St. Discussion was held on
the budget. We will add 15000 dollars for street work.
Motion Jack, second Jeremiah to adjourn at 7:18 pm. Next regular council
meeting Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at 7:00 pm at Dana City Hall, 202 Eckstein.
