MINUTES
NOVEMBER 2, 2011
Council met in regular session on November 2, 2011 at 7:00 pm at Dana City
Hall, 202 Eckstein, with Mayor Jack Pedersen presiding. Council members present:
Ethel Hurley, Jack Hurley, Mike Mgrdichian.
Motion Mike, second Ethel to approve agenda. Ayes: all mc. Minutes of October
5 meeting were approved as written. Motion Mike, second Jack to approve financial
reports. Ayes: all mc. Motion Ethel, second Jack to approve all current bills and all bills
due prior to next regular meeting. Ayes: all mc.
The Annual Financial Report was reviewed. Motion Ethel, second Jack to
approve the report. Ayes: all me.
The sheriff report for September was reviewed.
The snowplow is ready. Discussion was held on the post office boxes, as to
whether the city will be liable for insurance on them if they are moved to city property.
Motion Mike, second Jack to adjourn at 7:05 pm. Next regular council meeting
Wednesday, December 7, 2011 at 7:00 pm at Dana City Hall, 202 Eckstein.
