MINUTES
DANA COUNCIL MEETING
OCTOBER 5, 2011
Council met in regular session on October 5, 2011 at 7:00 pm at Dana City Hall,
202 Eckstein, with Mayor Jack Pedersen presiding. Council members present: Ethel
Hurley, Jack Hurley, Mike Mgrdichian.
Motion Jack, second Mike to approve agenda. Ayes: all mc. Minutes of
September 7 meeting were approved as written. Motion Ethel, second Jack to approve
financial reports. Ayes: all mc. Motion Jack, second Mike to approve all current bills
and all bills due prior to next regular meeting. Ayes: all mc.
Insurance person was not present. No Sheriff's report was received.
Discussion was held on the closing of the Dana Post Office. A public hearing will
be held on October 24 at City Hall at 7:00 pm.
Motion Mike, second Jack to adjourn at 7:22 pm. Next regular council meeting
Wednesday, November 2, 2011 at 7:00 pm at Dana City Hall, 202 Eckstein.
