SEPTEMBER 7, 2011
Council met in regular session on September 7, 2011 at 7:00 pm at Dana City
Hall, 202 Eckstein, with Mayor Jack Pedersen presiding. Council members present:
Ethel Hurley, Jack Hurley, Mike Mgrdichian. Absent: Janice Gilley
Motion Jack, second Mike to approve agenda. Ayes: all mc. Minutes of August
2, 2011 meeting were approved as written. Motion Ethel, second Mike to approve
financial reports. Ayes: all mc. Motion Jack, second Ethel to approve all current bills
and all bills due prior to next regular meeting. Ayes: all mc.
Motion Ethel, second Mike to approve Annual Street Finance Report. Ayes: all,
me.
Sheriff report for August was reviewed.
Motion Jack, second Ethel, to adjourn at 7:10 pm. Next regular council meeting
Wednesday, October 5, 2011 at 7:00 pm at Dana City Hall, 202 Eckstein.
