The Dana City Councilmet in regular session with Mayor Pedersen presiding
present: Paulson, Hillman, Pedersen, Hurley. Absent: Delp.
The minutes of the June 19, 1996 regular Council meeting were read and approved.
Motion by Hillman second by Paulson to approve Resolution 96-2. A Resolution
approving the Offical Road Use Tax report for fiscal year 1995-96. M.C.
The following reports were given: Nuisances, Sheriff's report, financial
report, water dept.DNR report.
Motion by Paulson second by Hurley to pay the following bills and all bills due
prior to the next regular Council meeting. M.c.

$117.95; IES Utilities, service, CC,$35.00; One Call, $2.60; Ia League of Cities,
dues, $156.00; Greene County Auditor, election, $375.00; Greene County Sheriff,
