MINUTES
July 6, 2011
Council met in regular session July 6, 2011 at 7:00 pm at Dana City Hall, 202
Eckstein, with Mayor Jack Pedersen presiding. Council members present: Ethel Hurley,
Jack Hurley, Mike Megrdichian.
Motion Jack, second Mike to approve agenda. Ayes: all mc. Minutes of June 1
meeting were approved as written. Motion Ethel, second Jack to approve financial
reports. Ayes: all mc. Motion Mike, second Ethel to approve all current bills and all bills
due prior to next regular meeting. Ayes: all mc.
Sheriff's report for June was reviewed.
Fan light and clock have been installed. Sidewalk needs to be done and sink
fixed. The security light needs work. Discussion was held on the insurance. Juhl’s have
prepared an easement for the property they wish to buy. It was approved and signed.
Motion Jack, second Mike to adjourn at 7:12 pm. Next regular council meeting
Wednesday, August 3 at 7:00 pm at Dana City Hall.
