MINUTES
APRIL 6, 2011
Council met in regular session on April 6, 2011 at 7:00 pm at City Hall with
Mayor Jack Pedersen presiding. Council members present: Ethel Hurley, Jack Hurley,
Mike Merdschian.
Motion Mike, second Jack to approve Agenda Ayes: all mc. Minutes of February
Meeting were approve as written. There was no March meeting. Motion Ethel, second
Mike to approve February financial report, Ayes: all m.c Motion Ethel, second Jack to
approve March financial report. Ayes: all mc. Motion Mike, second Jack to approve
current bills and all bills due prior to next regular meeting. Ayes: all mc.
Discussion was held on RAGBRAI. They will be coming to town as part of the
100 mile day. It will be OK for 4-H or Firemen to have a stand if they ask.
Sheriffs report for January, February, March were reviewed.
Discussion was held on the new city hall. The fan light is ready to be installed.
The sink in the bathroom still leaks. The cracks in the corners need to be repaired.
Sloan’s need to flatten out the dirt that was dug for the leach field. We will get a stoop
for the doors. Also white rock for the driveway.
Motion Jack, second Mike to adjourn at 7:30 pm. Next regular meeting
Wednesday, May 4 at 7:00 pm at Dana City Hall.
