Council met in regular session on November 4, 2010 at 7:00 pm at 104 Eckstein, Dana, IA
with Mayor Jack Pedersen presiding. Council members present: Ethel Hurley, Jack Hurley. Absent
Mike Merdschian.
Motion Ethel, second Jack to approve Agenda. Ayes: all mc. Minutes of October 6 meeting
approved as written. Motion Jack, second Ethel to approve financial reports. Ayes: all mc. Motion
Ethel, second Jack to approve all current bills and all bills due prior to next regular meeting. Ayes:
all me. x
Sheriff's report for October, 2010 was reviewed.
Discussion was held on the progress of the new city hall.
Motion Jack, second Ethel to adjourn at 7:10 pm. Next regular council meeting Wednesday,
December | at 7:00 pm at 202 Eckstein, Dana, IA.
