MINUTES
Council met in regular session on October 6, 2010 at 7:00 pm at 104 Eckstein,
Dana, IA with Mayor Jack Pedersen presiding. Council members present: Ethel Hurley,
Jack Hurley, Mike Mgrdschian.
Motion Jack second Mike to approve Agenda. Ayes: all mc. Minutes of
September 1, meeting approved as corrected. Meeting place changed. Motion Ethel,
second Jack to approve financial:reports. Ayes: all me. Motion Jack, second Ethel to
approve all current bills and all Wills due prior to next regular meeting. Ayes: all mc. We
will give the Grand Junction Fire Department $75.00 we received from Alliant. Also pay
the Grand Junction library $150.00.
Sheriff’s report for September was reviewed.
We are waiting for the electrical inspection for the building to be completed with
wiring and drywall. Jack H will talk to Sloans about the sewer and septic tank. Jack P
will talk to LeRoy about Xenia water.
Motion Jack, second Mike to adjourn at 7:10 pm. Next regular council meeting
Wednesday, November 3 at 7:00 pm at 202 Eckstein.
