MINUTES
Council met in regular session on Wednesday, July 7, 2010 at 7:00 pm at 104 Eckstein St,
Dana with Mayor Jack Pedersen presiding. Council members present: Ethel Hurley, Jack Hurley,
Mike Megrdichian.
Motion Jack, second Mike to approve agenda. Ayes: all mc. Minutes of June 2 meeting
were approved as written. Motion Ethel, second Mike to approve financial reports. Ayes: all me.
Motion Jack, second Mike to approve all current bills and all bills due prior to next regular
meeting. Ayes: all me.
Sheriff's report for May and June were reviewed.
John, the demolition contractor was present to discuss the progress. The cornerstone is 6"
deep and may have something in it. Burn date is set for 17, 24 or 31. Jack Hurley will take of
burning and getting the Grand Junction fire department to do it. Jack Pedersen will get 60 - 75
yards of dirt to fill the hole and John will level it.
We will call the weed commissioner to see about spraying the weeds at some properties.
Call Region XII to see about the garbage and weeds.
Motion Jack, second Mike to adjourn at 7:20 pm. Next regular council meeting
Wednesday, August 4 at 7:00 pm. At 104 Eckstein, Dana.
