MINUTES
Council met in regular session on June 2, 2010 at 7:00 pm at 104 Eckstein St, Dana, IA
with Mayor Jack Pedersen presiding. Council members present: Jack Hurley, Mike Megrdichian.
Absent: Ethel Hurley.
Motion Jack, second Mike to approve Agenda. Ayes: all mc. Minutes of May 5 meeting
were approved as written. Motion Mike, second Jack to approve financial reports. Ayes: all mc.
Motion Jack, second Mike to approve all current bills and all bills due prior to next regular
meeting. Ayes: all mc.
Sheriff's report for April was reviewed.
Discussion was held on the demolition of the church. John began last week to demolish.
The council and mayor wishes to thank Jack Hurley for cleaning out the water building. It
was used last week for a fire in the country.
Discussion was held on the bid by Tri County for a new city hall. Jack Pedersen will
discuss a floor plan and electrical plan with them.
Motion Mike, second Jack to adjourn at 7:25 pm. Next regular council meeting will be
Wednesday, July 7, 2010 at.7:00 pm at 104 Eckstein, Dana, IA.
