MINUTES
Council met in regular session on Wednesday, May 5, 2010 at7:00 pm at 104 Eckstein,
Dana, with Mayor Jack Pedersen presiding. Council members present: Ethel Hurley, Jack Hurley,
Mike Merdichian.
Motion J Hurley, second E Hurley to approve Agenda. Ayes: all mc. Minutes of April 7,
2010 meeting were approved as written. Motion E Hurley, second J Hurley to approve financial
reports. Ayes: all mc. Motion Mike, second J Hurley to approve all current bills and all bills due
prior to next regular meeting. Ayes: all mc.
No sheriff's report was recéived. Discussion was held on the new city hall bid. Some
changes were requested. The contract was reviewed on the demolition of the community
center/city hall. It will be sent to John Halsband.
Motion J Hurley, second Mike to adjourn at 7:50 pm. Next regular council meeting
Wednesday, June 2, 2010 at 104 Eckstein.
