MINUTES
Council met in regular session on April 7, 1999 at 7:00 p.m.
at Dana Community Center with Mayor Jack Pedersen presiding.
Council members present: R Delp, J Erickson, I Hillman, J Hurley,
V Pedersen. Absent: None.
Motion Erickson, second Pedersen to approve Agenda. Ayes: all
mc. Minutes were approved as read. Motion Hillman, second
Pedersen to approve financial report and all bills due prior to
next regular council meeting. Ayes: all mc.
Water department report was discussed along with water deposit
refunds. The Sheriff’s department report was reviewed.
No water tower bids were received. Ad will be run again. Bid
date June. Check on lease on well. The sign on the highway is down
again. There is a sewer problem with a resident. Will see if it
is the town’s responsibility.
Motion Delp, second Erickson to move money from water fund to
general account. Ayes: all mc.
Motion Pedersen, second Delp to adjourn. Next regular council
meeting May 5, 1999 at 7:00 p.m. at Dana Community Center.
