MINUTES
Council met in regular session May 5, 1999 at 7:00 p.m. at
Dana Community Center with Mayor Pedersen presiding. Council
members present: R Delp, J Erickson, I Hillman, V Pedersen.
Absent: J Hurley.
Motion Erickson, second Hillman to approve Agenda. Ayes: all
m.c. Motion V Pedersen, second Hillman to approve minutes of April
7 Meeting. Ayes: All m.c. Motion Delp, second Erickson, to
approve financial report and all bills due prior to next regular
meeting. Ayes: All m.c.
Sheriff’s report for April reviewed. A representative from
Region XII was present to discuss Hazard Mitigation grant
applications. Eldred Bouchard was present to discuss the tile
draining on his farm. The standpipe and wells were discussed with
Lyle and Dorothy Hadley. More information will be looked up.
The Dana Scholarship will be presented to Mikayla Pedersen.
Motion Hillman, second V Pedersen to adjourn at 8:15 p.m.
Next regular council meeting will be June 2, 1999 at 7:00 p.m. at
Dana Community Center.
