DANA COUNCIL MINUTES
Council met in regular session March 1, 2000 at 7:00 pm at
Community Center with Mayor Pedersen presiding. Council members
present: J Hurley, R Delp, J Erickson. Absent: V Pedersen, I
Hillman.
Motion Delp, second Erickson to approve Agenda. Ayes: all mc.
Motion Delp, second Hurley to approve minutes. Ayes: all mc.
Motion Erickson, second Delp to approve Financial Report. Ayes: all
mc.
Public Hearing for the 2000-2001 Budget was opened at 7:15 pm.
No public or written comments were heard. After discussion the
hearing was closed at 7:20 pm. Motion Hurley, second Erickson to
approve Budget.
Sheriff’s report was not received.
Discussion was held on the Grand Jct fire dept using the water
tower for the summer to hold water in case of a fire.
Motion Delp, second Hurley to adjourn at 7:25 pm. Next
regular council meeting will be April 5, 2000 at 7:00 pm at
Community Center.
