DANA MINUTES
Council met in regular session April 5, 2000 at 7:00 pm at
Community Center with Mayor Pedersen presiding. Council members
present: Jack Hurley, Jerry Erickson, Virgil Pedersen, Ivan
Hillman. Absent: Rocky Delp.
Motion J Erickson, second Hurley to approve Agenda. Ayes: all
mc. Motion V Pedersen, second Erickson to apprpove Minutes. Ayes:
all mc. Motion Hurley, second Hillman to approve financial report
and all current bills due before next regular council meeting.
Ayes: all mc.
Sheriff's report for February was reviewed.
Motion Hurley, second Pedersen to approve Resolution approving
the amended and restated agreement with Greene County Recycling
Agency.
Motion Pedersen, second Hillman to approve Jack Pedersen as a
member of local emergency Management commission.
A resident was present regarding dogs running loose. The Code
of Dana states that all dogs must be restrained and not running
loose in city limits.
Dan Miller of Xenia will be present next month at the council
meeting.
Motion Hurley, second Erickson to adjourn at 7:40 pm.
Next regular council meeting will be May 3, 2000 at 7:00 pm at the
community center.
