MINUTES
DANA CITY COUNCIL
Council met in regular session May 3, 2000 at 7:00 pm at
Community Center with Mayor Pedersen presiding. Council members
present: J Hurley, V Pedersen, J Erickson, R Delp, I Hillman.
Absent: none.
Motion Pedersen, second Hurley to approve Agenda as corrected.
Ayes: all mc. Motion Hurley, second Delp to approve minutes. Ayes:
all mc. Motion Delp, second Hillman to approve financial report
and all bills due prior to next regular council meeting. Ayes: all
mc.
Sheriffs report for March and April were reviewed.
Dave Modlin and Daryl Bennett from Xenia were present to
discuss the improvements they have made in the past year.
No Dana Scholarship was given this year.
The fire department of Grand Junction is working on the
standpipe.
Motion Delp, second Erickson to adjourn at 7:50. Next regular
council meeting will be June 7 at 7:00 pm at Community Center.
