MINUTES
Council met in regular session on January 5, 2011 at 7:00 pm at Dana City Hall, 202
Eckstein, with Mayor Jack Pedersen presiding. Council members present: Ethel Hurley, Jack
Hurley, Mike Mgrdschian. Absent: none
Motion Jack, second Mike to approve agenda. Ayes: all mc. Minutes of December 1
meeting were approved as written. Motion Mike, second Ethel, to approve financial reports.
Ayes: all mc. Motion Ethel, second Mike to approve all current bills and all bills due prior to next
regular meeting. Ayes: all mc.
Sheriff's reports for November and December were reviewed.
Tri County has been notified that there are cracks in the corners and that the boxes for the
electrical covers are not correct.
Motion Jack, second Mike to adjourn at 7:20 pm. Next regular meeting Wednesday,
February 2, 2011 at 7:00 pm at Dana City Hall, 202 Eckstein.
