MINUTES
Council met in regular session on February 2, 2011 at7:00 pm at Dana City Hall,
202 Eckstein, with Mayor Jack Pedersen presiding. Council members present: Ethel
Hurley, Jack Hurley, Mike Mgrdschian.
Motion Ethel, second Mike to approve agenda. Ayes: all mc. Minutes of January
5 meeting were approved as written. Motion Ethel, second Jack to approve financial
reports. Ayes: all mc. Motion Jack, second Mike to approve all current bills and all bills
due prior to next regular meeting. Ayes: all mc.
Public hearing for 2012 budget was opened at 7:00 pm. Discussion was held.
Motion Jack Hurley, second Ethel Hurley to approve budget. Ayes: Ethel Hurley, Jack
Hurley, Mike Mgrdschian. Mc. Public hearing closed at: 7:05 pm.
We received a letter from the sheriff's department requesting a raise in monthly
fees. No sheriff's report was received.
Jack Hurley reported that he had plowed the snow on the streets.
Motion Jack, second Mike to adjourn at 7:13 pm. Next regular council meeting
Wednesday, March 2 at 7:00 pm at Dana City Hall, 202 Eckstein.
