MINUTES
Countil met in regular session on Wednesday, February 3, 2010 at 7:00 pm at 104
Eckstein, Dana, IA with Mayor jack Pedersen presiding. Council members present: E
Hurley, J Hurley, Mike Mgrdichian. Absent: none
No meeting was held in January. Motion E Hurley, second J Hurley to approve
agenda. Ayes: all mc. Minutes of December 2, 2009 meeting were approved as written.
Motion E Hurley, second M Merdichian to approve financial reports. Ayes: all mc.
Motion J Hurley, second E Hurley to approve all current bills and all bills due prior to
next regular meeting. Ayes: all mc.
John Halsband and Tim were present to discuss the demolition on the community
center. We received 4 bids. Discussion was held on how to proceed. Janice will visit
with Leo Kersey about the demolition of the buildings in Grand Junction.
The sheriffs report was received for December.
Discussion was held on the budget.
Motion J Hurley, second E Hurley to adjourn at 7:45 pm. Next regular council
meeting Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at 7:00 pm at 104 Eckstein St., Dana, IA.
