MINUTES
Council met in regular session on Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at 7:00 pm at 104 Eckstein
with Mayor Jack Pedersen presiding. Council members present: Ethel Hurley, Jack Hurley, Mike
Merdichian.
Motion J Hurley, second M ike to approve agenda. Ayes: all mc. Minutes of February 3
meeting were approved as written. Motion E Hurley, second Mike to approve financial reports.
Ayes: all mc. Motion J Hurley, second E Hurley to approve all current bills and all bills due prior
to next regular meeting. Ayes: all mc.
Public Hearing opened at 7:15. Discussion of budget. Hearing closed at 7:16. Motion E
Hurley, second J Hurley to approve budget. Ayes: E Hurley, J Hurley, Mike Mgrdichian. Mc.
John Halsband was present to discuss the demolition of the community center building.
We will talk to the attorney about a contract for him.
Sheriff report for January was reviewed. Discussion was held on the sale of fire station
property and an easement for it.
Motion J Hurley, second Mike to adjourn at 7:38 pm. Next regular council meeting
Wednesday, April 7, 2010 at 7:00 pm at 104 Eckstein, Dana, IA.
