Town Council of the Town of Dana Iowa met in regular session
Mayor Kittell in chair
On roll call the following Councilmen answered present. Martin, Ferguson, McGregor, Dana & Johnson.
Absent None.
Minutes of last meeting read & approved
The following Bills were read and approved by Finance Committee
Burton McCall [?] Lumber Tile & Posts $4.28
Wm Magers Street work 7.35
Iowa Ry & Light Co Street Lights 16.67
Mrs. McCombs Hall rent 5.00
C Bauer Marshall Salary 3.00
J. W. Jameson Repairs 5.79
Moved by Councilman Martin that the foregoing bills be allowed and warrants issued for same
This motion was seconded by Councilman Dana
Motion carried
Dr Hadlen [?] Paid by Check for Hall rent $2.00
Clerk was instructed to order 2 Poll Books & 1 Doz Nomination by Petition papers
Mayor by appointment appointed Dr Hadlen [?] as Health Physician to fill vacancy by resignation of Dr. Reed [?]
Moved by Councilman Martin that we stand adjourned
This motion was seconded by Councilman McGregor
