MINUTES
Council met in regular session on Wednesday, July 1, 2009 at 7:00 pm at Dana
Community Center with Mayor Jack Pedersen presiding. Council members present: Ethel Hurley,
Jack Hurley, Virgil Pedersen.
Motion J Hurley, second E Hurley to approve agenda. Ayes: all mc. Minutes of May 6,
2009 meeting approved at written. No meeting in June. Motion V Pedersen, second E Hurley to
approve May and June financial reports. Ayes: al mc. Motion J Hurley, second V Pedersen to
approve all current bills and all bills due prior to next regular meeting. Ayes: all mc.
Attorney David Morain was present to help us with resources in which to get help in
cleaning up the town. Neighborhood Stabilization Program, Region XII. We will work on these
resources. We discussed odor nuisance when the manure truck comes into town. Also
sealcoating was discussed.
The Sheriff's report for May was reviewed.
Motion J Hurley, second V Pedersen to adjourn at 8:55 pm. Next regular council meeting
Wednesday, August 5, 2009 at 7:00 pm at Dana Community Center.
