MINUTES
Council met in regular session on April 1, 2009 at 7:00 pm at Dana Community Center
with Mayor Jack Pedersen presiding. Council members present: Ethel Hurley, Jack Hurley.
Absent: Virgil Pedersen
Motion J Hurley, second E Hurley to approve Agenda. Ayes: all mc. Minutes of March
4, 2009 meeting were approved as written. Motion E Hurley, second J Hurley to approve
financial reports. Ayes: all mc. Motion J Hurley, second E Hurley to approve all current bills and
all bills due prior to next regular meeting. Ayes: all mc.
No Sheriff's report was received.
Discussion was held on Xenia. We will write a letter to learn the status of the sewer
project. We will visit with Dave Hoyt about the garbage in town. We will call Ft Dodge Asphalt
and Mannatts about the street paving for the summer.
New electric lines will be going by Dana this summer. We have no permit for this so they
can erect these where the existing ones are.
Motion J Hurley, second E Hurley to adjourn at 7:35 pm. Next regular council meeting
Wednesday, May 6, 2009 at 7:00 pm at Dana Community Center.
