MINUTES
Council met in regular session on Wednesday, January 7, 2009 at 7:00 pm at Dana
community Center with Mayor Jack Pedersen presiding. Council members present: Ethel Hurley,
Jack Hurley. Absent: Virgil Pedersen
Motion J Hurley, second E Hurley to approve Agenda. Ayes: all mc. Minutes of
December 3, 2008 meeting were approved as written. Motion E Hurley, second J Hurley to
approve financial reports. Ayes: all mc. Motion J Hurley, second E Hurley to approve all current
bills and all bills due prior to next regular meeting. Ayes: all mc.
Sheriff's report for November and December were reviewed.
Discussion was held on garbage piling up at residents homes.
The Grand Junction Fire Department gave us a report on the calls in Dana for 2008.
Motion J Hurley, second E Hurley to adjourn at 7:15 pm. Next regular council meeting
Wednesday, February 4, 2009 at 7:00 pm at Dana Community Center.
