MINUTES
Council met in regular session on Wednesday, December 3, 2008 at 7:00 pm at Dana
Community Center with Mayor Pro Tem Jack Hurley presiding. Council members present: Ethel
Hurley, Jack Hurley, Virgil Pedersen. Absent: Mayor Jack Pedersen
Motion V Pedersen, second E Hurley to approve Agenda. Ayes: all mc. Minutes of
November 5 meeting were approved at written. Motion E Hurley, second V Pedersen to approve
financial reports. Ayes: all mc. Motion J Hurley, second V Pedersen to approve all current bills
and all bills due prior to next regular meeting. Ayes: all mc.
No Sheriff's report was received.
Motion V Pedersen, second J Hurley to approve the keep full agreement with Star Energy.
Ayes: all mc.
Discussion was held on garbage in the city being put in the tree line. We will try to find
out how to stop this.
Motion V Pedersen, second E Hurley to adjourn at 7:20 pm. Next regular council
meeting Wednesday, January 7, 2009 at Dana Community Center.
