MINUTES
Council met in regular session Wednesday. November 5, 2008 at 7:00 pm at Dana
Community Center with Mayor Jack Pedersen presiding. Council members present: Ethel Hurley,
Jack Hurley, Virgil Pedersen.
Motion J Hurley, second V Pedersen to approve Agenda. Ayes: all mc. Minutes of
October 1, 2008 were approved as written. Motion E Hurley, second J Hurley to approve
financial reports. Ayes: all mc. Motion V Pedersen, second J Hurley to approve all current bills
and all bills due prior to next regular meeting. Ayes: all mc.
Steve Hillman was present to discuss workers compensation insurance. Motion V
Pedersen, second E Hurley to approve the cost, with reservation, of the workers compensation
insurance. Ayes: all mc.
Sheriff's report for September and October were reviewed.
Motion J Hurley, second V Pedersen to adjourn at 7:24 pm. Next regular council meeting
Wednesday, December 3, 2008 at Dana Community Center.
