MINUTES
Council met in regular session on Wednesday, October 1, 2008 at 7:00 pm at Dana
Community Center with Mayor Jack Pedersen presiding. Council members present: Ethel Hurley,
Jack Hurley. Absent: Virgil Pedersen.
Motion J Hurley, second E Hurley to approve agenda. Ayes: all mc. Minutes of
September 3 meeting were approved as written. Motion E Hurley, second J Hurley to approve
financial reports. Ayes: all mc. Motion J Hurley, second E Hurley to approve all current bills and
all bills due prior to next regular meeting. Ayes: all mc.
Motion E Hurley, second J Hurley to approve Annual Financial Report. Ayes: all mc.
No Sheriff's report was received.
Steve Haupert was present to discuss the election for sheriff coming up in November.
We received a check from Alliant for fire protection.
Motion J Hurley, second E Hurley to adjourn at 7:15 pm. Next regular council meeting
Wednesday, November 5, 2008 at Dana Community Center.
