MINUTES
Council met in regular session on September 3, 2008 at 7:00 pm at Dana Community
Center with Mayor Jack Pedersen presiding. Council members present: Ethel Hurley, Jack
Hurley, Virgil Pedersen.
Motion J Hurley, second V Pedersen to approve agenda. Ayes: all mc. Minutes of
August 6 meeting approved as written. Motion J Hurley, second E Hurley to approve financial
reports. Ayes: all mc. Motion J Hurley, second V Pedersen to approve all current bills and all
bills due prior to next regular meeting. Ayes: all mc.
Sheriff's report for August was reviewed.
Motion V Pedersen, second J Hurley to approve 2008 Street Financial Report. Ayes: all
me.
J Hurley reported that Daryl Bennett of Xenia had mentioned that Xenia was having a
meeting with DNR last week. We have had no report from the meeting.
Discussion was held on the demolition of the community center.
Motion J Hurley, second E Hurley to adjourn at 7:22 pm. Next regular council meeting
Voy On 1, 2008 at 7:00 pm at Dana Community Center.
