MINUTES
Council met in regular session on July 11, 2007 at 7:00 pm at Dana Community Center
with Mayor Jack Pedersen presiding. Council members present: Ethel Hurley, Jack Hurley, Virgil
Pedersen.
Motion E Hurley, second V Pedersen to approve agenda. Ayes: all mc. Minutes of June
6 meeting were approved as written. Motion E Hurley, second V Pedersen to approve financial
reports. Ayes: all mc. Motion V Pedersen, second E Hurley to approve all current bills and all
bills due prior to next regular meeting. Ayes: all mc.
Sheriff's report for June was reviewed.
Discussion was held on Xenia, we have had no contact on the sewer project.
Motion V Pedersen, second J Hurley to move $100.00 from LOST account to Road Use
Tax Fund. Ayes: all mc.
A representative from Spoiled Rotten Pets was present to discuss her concern with animal
control enforcement.
Mark Renslow and Terry Hoefle were present to discuss the agreement with the Grand
Junction Fire Department. Motion J Hurley, second V Pedersen to amend the contract and pay
them $200 per year for five years.
Motion J Hurley, second V Pedersen to adjourn at 8:07 pm. Next regular council meeting
Wednesday, August 1, 2007 at 7:00 pm at Dana Community Center.
