MINUTES
Council met in regular session on May 3, 2007 at 7:00 pm at Dana Community Center
with Mayor Jack Pedersen presiding. Council members present: Ethel Hurley, Jack Hurley, Virgil
Pedersen.
Motion E Hurley, second V Pedersen to approve Agenda. Ayes: all mc. Minutes of April
4 meeting were approved as written. Motion V Pedersen second J Hurley to approve financial
reports. Ayes: all mc. Motion J Hurley, second E Hurley to approve all current bills and all bills
due prior to next regular meeting. Ayes: all mc.
No Sheriff's report was received.
Motion J Hurley, second V Pedersen to approve Wastewater System Facility Plan. Ayes:
all mc.
Motion J Hurley, second V Pedersen to adjourn at 7:20 pm. Next regular council meeting
Wednesday June 6 at 7:00 pm at Dana Community Center.
